The quality has always been good for my annual print job - but be aware - they've since instituted a minimum on all print orders. So even if you're printing over 180 total pieces for a collated print, that's still not enough for them to bother with. Don't waste your time with them.

Scam. DO NOT use this company!! Pre paid for simple letter head for my business. They sent a proof with my logo in the middle of the page. When I asked them to move it to the top (pretty obvious), they said it would be an extra $99.

I have never had a worse experience ordering a product. I am never purchasing from Smartpress and will be telling everyone I know to steer clear as well. I submitted an order on 4-06-24 and paid $267.65 with a shipping fee of $43.14 for a total of $335.68. They give you the message that there "may be an additional dimensional shipping charge." 5-20, even 40 extra bucks makes some sort of sense, but then I get a message saying I will have to pay an additional $232.13 on shipping?!!?!?! It is absolutely obscene to charge that much for shipping and completely crooked for not including the actual # for the "additional" shipping charge until it is too late for the purchaser to buy it somewhere else where they won't scam you, so if the purchaser wants their event to go well they have to pay an astronomical price to this business. Screw that. It's a scam.

Paid for 2 day processing and they took 3 days. Paid for 2 day shipping and they shipped it in 4. Went back and forth with their customer service for days and they refused to make it right.

I have been working with Smartpress for about 9 years now. In the beginning the quality and customer service were ok and the prices were stellar. Since then, the prices went up a smidge (still lower than anything printed locally) but the customer service and quality have skyrocketed. They have really earned my trust over the last couple of years and I never have to wonder if I'll be surprised when I open their boxes (which can definitely be an issue when you're using online vendors). I highly recommend them for every day printing needs. I also recommend getting the swatch book if you're new to Smartpress. Super helpful. And if you worked with Smartpress years ago and had an ok experience... give them another try!
