We moved into a new house with an existing ADT system. Converting monitoring to use Smith Thompson was a straightforward process of swapping out the cellular communications box. The Smith Thompson tech was friendly and professional, even following up after the appointment to make sure things worked properly. Highly recommended.

After over 30 years with ADT, we just couldn't pass on the savings! $41.98 month with ADT vs. $18.35 (w/tax) with Smith Thompson. That's a good deal!

Smith Thompson sent an experienced technician who called me before coming, installed and programmed the equipment quickly but thoroughly, and was professional in doing so. He answered my questions concerning the equipment and billing. I am very pleased with Smith Thompson Security.

Just switched from a higher priced company to Smith Thompson. Installer arrived on time and was professional. It's only been a week, but everything appears to be working just fine.

We recently switched to Smith Thompson from another security company. I shopped around to compare prices and they were by far the most affordable company offering the same level of service. I also appreciate that we are not locked into a contract (not that we plan to switch again). Their system worked with what was already installed at our house and we only had to pay around $90 for one piece of equipment. They sent someone out to install very quickly and he was on time. We fortunately haven't had to use them yet for an alarm event but so far we are very happy! We also have many friends who use them and they were very highly recommended to us.

We switched to Smith Thompson at our old home location. Everything was first rate, from the installation, wireless connection (we were able to drop our old "land line phone" as we never used it for anything other than our old security system. So, when we sold our house and downsized into a townhouse Smith Thompson was our obvious choice to monitor our new system.

I am very happy I changed to Smith Thompson. The installer was right on time, worked quietly and quickly. He taught me how to use the new keypad and went though the program several times to make sure I understood. The price per month fits my fixed income too. Judy Sager
