Great service, wonderful employees, unbelievably priced and perks every time I turn around!
From the scheduler on the phone to the installer, I was treated very well. They were courteous and prompt. The installer was only here about 30 minutes. I can't believe they can charge so little compared to ADT! Also by paying annually I get a month free plus a month free for my overlap service from ADT and a month free for every new customer I refer!!! Then on top of that I get 2months free just for completing this survey!! It just gets better and better. Why did I wait so long to change service??!!!!

Customer and cost friendly
We have used Smith Thompson in two different homes. Customer service is great, fast response times. And you can't beat the price. I continue to recommend the company to friends and family.

Excellent, prompt and thorough installation!
We have never owned a house with an alarm so this was a first for us. The rep called to let me know he was 20 minutes away, which I appreciated greatly! He arrived on time, was professional and truly cared to give us the best service. Finally a good service experience! They have been great all the way through. Carrie Buck

Very happy with the service
Our installer showed up right on time. He was very pleasant and informative while he installed our system. We have only had the system for a couple of weeks but are very pleased with the service so far. They are also about half the price of our previous alarm company.

Excellent service!
We are so happy that we have Smith Thompson, the installation was smooth, the installer was professional. We called the support number because I had a question and they answered my question quickly. A friend had recommended them to us and we are grateful.

Outstanding Home Security
Can you say easy, friendly and quick. The easy was the website was user friendly with all the information right there at your finger tips. The friendly was the customer service department when you call to set up the installation and the person that installed the equipment. The quick was how quick I could get the installation set up and installed. Love the no contract and the system ... paid the extra $$ for the app to turn the alarm on and off from the smartphone it's great too...

Glad I made the change to Smith Thompson!!!
I just recently made a change from my previous security monitoring company to Smith Thompson on the recommendation of a very close friend. The tech that came to my house was extremely professional and friendly. I've been very pleased with the service that I've received and the individuals that I've been in contact with regarding my installation and my account. I'm also pleased with the price I received. I wish I had made the move a long time ago.
