I ordered iron balusters and baluster shoes from your company. the pictures were very helpful for me to help me decide what balusters and shoes to order. The shoes I bought were a better price than ones at a local store. Had no problem placing the order and the products arrived on time too.

05/27/2026 My order shipped quickly and everything arrived in great condition. The website tutorials were very helpful, and ensured that I would have all the tools and supplies needed to install my new stair railings. They had several wood species options to choose from and the pieces I got had beautiful woodgrain patterns. Their website gallery photos helped me decide what I wanted and what would work best for my home. 5-stars, Stair Warehouse!!

I am very happy I made this purchase! Buying them online was super easy to navigate. The balusters I bought are durable and did not scratch as I worked with them. The paint/coating is hard-wearing and does not get shiny from touching them. I definitely recommend using the zip clip shoe system because they allow you to adjust the balusters as you install them . After reading the reviews, I knew I would have a human to talk to if I needed any help, but everything was great. I am 60 years old and was concerned about tackling a project this big, but I am so glad I did because they are beautiful!

Purchased natural American Cherry Newel posts plus top and bottom raillings for my upper foyer. Which is above the lower floor staircase. The wood was laminated with complentary color and grain patterns. All pieces were straight and true. I would highly recomend the products.
