It was received in a timely manner and the order was correct. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong “shoes” for the balusters. I purchased the correct “shoes” and called and was advised to return the wrong ones with a 10% restocking fee. Postage was at a high cost and not worth returning.I would also like to add that within two days of this review I was sent an email from Stair Warehouse thanking me for my review and returning my full price. Can’t do better than that- wonderful company.

I ordered each size needed for each tread, but they were not individually cut. We had to cut each from 14 and 15 ft pieces. Made it a little more difficult and time consuming for the home project.
