Costumer service over the phone was great. I had a few questions that they had to research but quickly got back to me with the requested information. The product I order shipped quickly and was carefully packaged to avoid damage.

The assistant is very helpful and give me the detail information that I needed for the purchase. Very responsive and professional. (her name is Marilyn). I did not give 5 stars because of the hardwood handrailing is not make from one piece of solid wood, it has a glue seamed horizontal joint.
