Great customer service. Received some damaged railing due to the transporter and Stair Warehouse was quick to send out new railing. New railing looks great!

Parts came on time as promised . Customer service was always available when we called. Left them a message and they called right back. The quality of the balusters and the prime was good. I definitely recommend them.

I didn’t receive enough information about my shipment. I still haven’t received most of the order. I’ve only received the 6 foot rail. No hardware yet, but one email explained that items might come at different times and from different locations. So I’m patiently waiting for the hardware. For the price I paid for shipping, you should hand deliver it. Shipping was expensive. I’m a shipping clerk. Update: I have received the remaining items from my order, and everything is wonderful. The stainless steel items are of the best of quality. After further consideration, I believe the shipping costs were acceptable, due to the odd sizes of items ordered, and the importance of not damaging the wood or stainless steel hardware. I also received a refund for the shipping which was a huge surprise. This company understands the consumer and their needs, and delivers a first class product.
