I have used Text Request for over a year now, and it is a really easy way to send both single messages to my clients, or mass group messages to all of my contacts when running a sale or ad. It is my go to for SMS marketing when I have a big sales campaign that I want my return customers to see.

Task 1: uploading large lists of contacts. CSV list prepared by Textrequest, for $10.00, was defective because dots and commas were not removed from the names, and no alert that they would defect the reference listings. Call in support: failure. Online "tech support": defective.

While a good user interface, the inability to send/receive groups texts, shared contacts and videos make this a barely serviceable solution.
