I was nervous for transition from Zipwhip…but very smooth and great support from text request team.

SO FAR SO GOOD WITH TRANSITION FROM ZIPWHIP

After using ZipWhip for 5 years I decided change to Text Request. I found that the similar format of the message pages and client information provided a smooth transition with the help of my Rep Kami Rowe. She made merging the ZipWhip information into the Text Request format as smooth as possible. Kami and her team have given me help, whenever I need it through texting and Zoom. Thank you.

Very bad I hate you people u took people and lock acct

There are a few features I would like to see revised. Entering a new contact....it would be much more efficient to be able to simply enter the number then the name after it and that would create a new contact, also would prefer the view I choose - list, etc - remain the chosen view instead it defaulting to the first view. And it would be helpful to have the return messages flagged some way, so they would be easily identified when I need to review responses to my outgoing texts. As I am new to textrequest - perhaps these are features I just havent fiigured out yet....

This service is very easy to navigate and reliable to communicate with our patients. If we have a concern, we message the support and it is answered very quickly.

Sean Stevens was a lot of help today in my transfer from Zipwhip to Text Request. He responded quickly and thoroughly explained the process. Was very friendly as well.

The service does what it represents, although more options would help. Customer service/tech support was prompt in responding to issues. I will continue to use the service for my business.
