Text request has made it easy to send out reminders to our customers about upcoming events at our store. We've really enjoyed using the keywords feature; it has gotten a lot of positive feedback from our customers who can text buzzwords to our numbers and receive customized info on the products and services we offer.

We were using Zip Whip and this has been a very smooth transition. Everyone has been very helpful throughout the process. We were able to easily bring our contacts and conversations over from Zip Whip. It has been a great experience so far.

My franchise uses TextRequest for all our locations. We love that we can use our landline numbers for texting. It's easy to select a location from a drop down menu so I can manage multiple locations from one login.

Using the texting program has been so easy and seems to get a lot more customer interaction than our old methods.
