The sales rep was not honest and misrepresented the functionality of the system. I explained my texting needs and requirements to the rep prior to starting the service. Over all the system has great potential. The pricing plan features was reasonable as presented by the rep prior to starting the service. But very different after I started. They charge for incoming text, over 160 characters and attachments are considered additional text. Nickle and dime every thing. The number of allotted text for the price was not as present and not worth it once actually using the system. I would not recommend.

Text central has got to be the best way for customers to reach out without staying on the phone or not getting an answer on the phone.
