I find the search to look up…
I find the search to look up interactions with certain #s confusing and unreliable. I also find the service expensive, but reliable.

Perfect. No improvements needed
We find the Text Request program and app the best way for us to quickly communicate with our customers. Customer texts come to both our office computer and the duty cell phone. So customer texts can be responded to quickly even after hours if needed. I cannot think of any way Text Request could be improved.

I have had two accounts created for me
I have had two accounts created for me, both are not recognized. Very frustrating as a weekend RN Supervisor attempting to reach staff in bulk.

easy to use.
The system is easy to use, and gives notifications when the text is answered.

We are in contact with potential…Customers and employees
We are in contact with potential customers, current customers and potential employees. I love being able to use Text Request as a business owner because nobody needs to know my personal cell number. It's been VERY useful ever since Merry Maids incorporated it into our business. Thank you!!
