If it weren't for TopUp I would not be able to pay my Claro PR phone plan--that company's website does not let me do it from the continental US. I tried another system, but TopUp was much easier.

My top ups were never receive. This is unacceptable. I complained by writing; calling and emailing. Horrible service.
