I am in Ireland and the moment I use top-up for Nigerian mobile numbers, the top-up is credited instantly as I do the top-up. The beneficiary in Nigeria would acknowledge and thank me straightaway. However, I would want Topup.com company to stop the Nigerian mobile network companies from deducting any amount from the amount displayed to be credited to the mobile number when it is topped-up.

This company is completely useless. They wanted me to send them a screenshot of my bank statement in order to approve my order. Setting aside the security concerns associated with that, I'm operating in a third world country from a mobile phone. A screenshot with detailed bank statement information isn't even an options. When I responded to their e-mail I got auto replies that just kept saying the same thing over and over. When they finally called me, I got a service rep who barely spoke understandable English and just kept saying "we need screenshot" no matter how many times I tried to explain to her there was no way to do that. Their people aren't empowered to solve problems, they automate too many things, and ultimately they weren't usable, which is a shame since I have a lot of money to spend on top-up minutes as rewards for people. DO NOT recommend.

I love topup I’ve been using it for over a year now and I have no complaint to be honest .5 stars

Compared to other online suppliers, this one actually does what it says on the tin, it just.. works! Fees are fair too.
