I believe I’ve tried almost all of their products, especially the makeup ones, and I LOVE them ALL. They’re perfect for someone like me who isn’t a makeup artist but loves makeup, loves experimenting, and above all loves enhancing their features without completely changing themselves. What really makes a huge difference, though, is the customer service: they are incredibly kind and always available, which is definitely not something to take for granted. Violette Fr is a wonderful brand. The products speak for themselves. Every item I have purchased, I have loved. The balm amour lip balm is the most hydrating, comfortable lip balm on the market. Not only are the products superb, the customer care team is friendly, helpful, and prompt with their responses. I am a customer for life!
