The experience was overall good. I liked the cleaner I chose and she did a wonderful job. However, I feel the pricing is misleading. It’s listed that the price was $20 an hour and I was charged $180. I’m not necessarily complaining about the price but it should be listed up front. Outside of that, great experience.

Signed up to seek a house cleaner for my 92 year old Mother. She took a bad fall less than a week later and her doctor recommended assisted living. I called and canceled the ad and asked if they would refund some part of the 3 month bill. They said they do not do that. We never even interviewed anyone. They seem to enjoy scamming old people. No compassion at all. I would not recommend this agency for anything. Rude and uncaring😡😡

Scam company. Silently charges you monthly without any notification. I never received any indication that they have been charging me. I asked them for refund as I have never used their product for a couple of years. I did not realize that the card has been used. There was no way to cancel the subscription online. It kept erroring out. I had to contact customer care to cancel and they offered me zero refund,.

The professionals contacted me ASAP in a professional manner. I have not hired anyone yet but engaged in the interview process. I may utilize additional background checks.

Care.com is extremely inflexible that both the employer and employee pass a thorough background exam. When I signed up to hire domestic help care.com rejected me because a 12 year old false arrest was reported. Im so glad care.com caught this because I knew nothing of it. Anyway, after almost a year a judge cleared (expunged) the wrongful arrest and I hired a phenomenal housekeeper! She does a wonderful job and charges a mind-blowing low rate. I highly recommend Care.com.

I have tried other sitter apps and care works the best for me. I was able to get jobs as soon as my background check passed and all the families I have babysat for have been super nice and really easygoing.
