Easy to use. Was able to find a great caregiver who was caring and responsive. I felt I was in good hands.

First off some of the employees on here are liars and thieves. I had a Drug addict come into my home and was sleep in my bathroom!!! Not cleaning my house and literally tried to extort me. One woman wanted to charge me $400 for a 2 bed house! This company charged me for over a year! When I used it one time. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Horrible company! They took over $200 from me

I wrote out what help I was looking for (that process itself helped A LOT. Soon there were interested applicants. Many. Each with a written introduction and photo. I contacted some and I interviewed some and chose one who is the rare person I was looking for.

Seems like an easy way to get help for a loved one. I like how much information is available about each candidate. I like how quickly you can contact a candidate. In my case the candidate accepted the job then declined after she looked into how far the address was from her home. The only other thing I would add is that it is unclear how they get paid.

Super expensive first off. Second, I messaged a ton a "providers" to which not even one responded. This is a scam.

Easy to book. However, our sitter canceled last minute. Overcharged and said my post did not give location when it clearly did. When she did show up one night and was 1.5 hours late and demanded we pay her travel!
