Very quick and friendly customer service. Make sure you send pictures of the front, back, profiles, and bottom. Totally stoked to give this head cover to my man for Christmas

This has been the best custom service…
This has been the best custom service experience. Thank you for making this process so easy. We are going to have to put our cat down very soon and it’s killing us. This experience is the compassion I didn’t know I needed. You’re spreading kindness and I hope that it is returned tenfold.

Amazing job!
Aside from a small issue I had with the presentation of the package when delivered, the cuddle clone came in a perfect shape and is an exact replica of my childhood dog that just recently passed. This will be an amazing gift for my mom on Christmas to have and cherish forever. Customer service was great in getting back to me efficiently and working with me to find the best solution for my concerns. Would definitely recommend this company.

BEWARE of expensive shipping fees!!!Haven’t received it yet but will write…
Haven’t received it yet but will write another review, hoping it’s worth it!! BEWARE of big shipping fees which should be made clear when purchasing! I have just paid £54 to receive my item which makes an already expensive soft toy way over the top!! I regret ordering now. Also found out that UK companies do these too. Shop around!!

Fabulous experience
I sent photos upon photos in order to achieve the results I wanted. Your employees were understanding and sympathetic during the hardest time I've ever been thru. The result was the most beautiful pup in the entire world. I can't thank you enough for providing this service to grieving pet parents.
