I had ordered some socks and then found a sale going on. I emailed a request for a refund on the difference in price. They immediately agreed to refund the difference.

Teddy does looks a little like my dog however they don’t make it clear that you have to pay import charges (paid to the courier) as I thought these were included within the taxes and duties stated at the checkout (over £58) and shipping at over £100. They are definitely trying to scam you as I've had loads of things shipped from the us and it never costs that much. Ended up paying £400 in total for a teddy that’s looks a bit like my dog. Don’t bother.

I had a phenomenal experience. I get nervous ordering stuff off of a Facebook ad, but this is all legit. The quality of the pajamas is super soft. I was originally sent the correct shirt with the correct color but someone else’s dog was on it. The pants were our own animals, I emailed them and received reply instantly. They are sending us the correct shirt with no fuss. I just had to send a picture of what I received, which is understandable. Everything was handled perfectly.

For the extended turn around time, this seemed promising. Today what I recieved was extremely disappointing... the color was off and it does nit even look like the correct breed. I think they delete negative reviews on their site so dont get suckered into purcharing these very overpriced stuffed animals.

Just received my order today. It’s a Christmas gift for my adult daughter of our family dog who we lost several years ago. I love it. His coloring is spot on (he was brindle).
