Ordered from Elemento in January 2026 and I still haven't received my order eight months later. The products look great in photos, but the service has been genuinely terrible. We've sent well over a dozen follow ups by phone and email, and most go unanswered. When I do hear back, it is almost always the same generic response: "we will update you as soon as possible with the latest shipping information," or "you will receive tracking for this item by tomorrow." I was also told my order was "scheduled to ship out next week" and that a team member would "be calling you shortly." None of these ever happened. Tracking numbers I was promised never arrived, and calls I was told to expect never came. I follow up just about every day for an update and still nothing. As of 9/30/26, I still haven't received my order and haven't heard a response from Elemento for over a month since their last "update." I hope someone from Elemento responds to me here so I can finally receive the order that I paid for. If you're considering ordering here, DON'T. Order #EB52003

we placed an order on 11/2025 for few vanities and we were promised 12 weeks delivery, promises were broken one after on other it is now 9/2026 and we are not getting any responds from them.

I just had a similar experience to others. I ordered a tub in early June, paid in full, and they never shipped it. I've reached out three times for updates and get a very vague response. They don't have a real address and their phone number is a whats app number. I am disputing the charge as we speak. what a terrible experience and lesson learned.

We ordered our bathtub back in March, said it will be 10-12 weeks to get it. It’s almost October and still nothing. We keep emailing it takes forever to get a reply. They gave us a tracking number and apparently they can’t find a company to deliver it for almost 2 months now. They keep giving me different answers. I would NOT recommend ordering from them. Has anyone successfully received a refund from this company? My credit card doesn’t want to refund this because it’s been too long now. I ordered the bath filler, shower fixtures and a vanity faucet. They only sent the two valves to buy themselves some time. I foolishly installed them under micro cement walls. You can’t do repairs on micro cement once it gets sealed without grinding the entire wall and recoating the whole thing so now I need to get the trim pieces custom made or machined because they never sent them. This situation is a mess but I still see them advertising and even replying to some peoples complaints. How do I get anyone to respond!? We spent 4k and have only been screwed over and ghosted. Has anyone been able to get ahold of them or is it a total scam? I’m also curious if anyone has actually received their products and installed it and posted a picture online or is it all just AI? This company should not be able to run ads online or even have a website. It’s sickening. Eb52076

Last review left in May. No word from company to date. Failure to respond, deliver or refund. REFUND! It’s been MONTHS of ongoing requests that have been ignored!!!! It is ILLEGAL to deny this as you have to date given failure of delivery for months.

After 7 weeks when the order was placed i still don’t have any shippment info. I sent them 3 email from last Thurday and till now no response. They delayed my bathroom renovation for 3 weeks now. The worst is lack of comunication, it is frustrating because you do not know if they are still on the market or if they are just scammers. after elemento bath response: The client do not need to send a lot of emails emails asking about tracking number if your company is professional and do not lie and besically response for the emails.I placed the order 06/16/2026, I received the email that estimated delivery date would be 07/16/2026, when I asked about tracking number the problem starts because till today I’ve still not received anything - no tracking info, no product. This order is not the picture that can be hang today or in a month this this the part of my remodeling project what means that your delay costs me a lot of money because my bathroom is finished and now I need to wait for you- whoever knows how long and that I need to pay for my electrician again because he was unable to finished his work at once. This is ridiculous and frustrating for me. Another thing my order was preparing for shipment the same day when was placed meanibg since 06/16/2026 , today is 07/30/2026 the order is still preparing and not shipped. This is not custom order this is regular item: towel warmer that is not cheap because it costed mr over 700$.

I would give them zero stars. Buyer beware, as I am pretty sure this is a scam site that has used other company's products and then altered with AI. I ordered a bathtub, and had great service until it was supposed to ship. Then, constant ghosting or lengthy delays in getting infomration until one final update 6 weeks later with a "we are so sorry we are expediting your bathtub and it will be there in a week." Then, complete and final ghost, never to be heard from again. Had to use AmEx to file a fraud complaint.
