Poor Customer Service and Delivery I have reached out several times to Elemento for an update on their delivery. They have gone way past expected delivery date and have held back our project significantly and still they have not responded to a single email of phone call. The amount of frustration is extreme. Our company is very disappointed in this product, and next time we will go with a different provider. If you are considering using Elemento I would highly advise against it.

BUYER BEWARE. SCAM. AVOID!!!!!!! I have never experienced customer service this bad, not to mention lost thousands with a scam. I paid thousands of dollars for my order, and weeks later I am still missing most of the items I purchased. My renovation has come to a complete stop because I have been waiting on products that I already paid for. First, they shipped me a defective towel warmer. Then they repeatedly told me that the rest of my order was “shipping soon.” I was told it would ship weeks ago. It didn’t. Then I was told it would ship again on the 25th. Again, nothing. No tracking number, no shipping confirmation, no proof that anything was ever sent. Once they have your money, communication becomes nearly nonexistent. Before I purchased, they responded quickly. After they were paid, I had to chase them for every update, and every promise to ship my order has gone unfulfilled. At this point, I have no idea where my money went. I have repeatedly asked for proof of shipment and still have not received it. Based on my experience, this situation has become so concerning that it genuinely feels like I may never receive the rest of my order. I have saved every email where I was told my order was “about to ship,” and none of those promises were kept. If you’re considering ordering from Elemento Bath, think twice. This company has completely ruined our bathroom renovation. We were assured of a clear timeline prior to purchasing with customer support, to only then be continuously lied to for months. Now we are stuck with an incomplete bathroom renovation, and will likely have to incur new costs with our contractors for the dimensions of a new vanity to be installed with updated fixtures and plumbing. I wish I saw these reviews below as it seems this is standard practice to never deliver their products and steal from consumers. Our next steps will be contacting the BBB, legal support, and fraud claim with our CC.

No replies whatsoever from this company despite multiple emails and calls. Most gallingly, they did respond to one email from my partner but once she sent the order number they ghosted. Seems like some people have gotten items from them but not recently so this may just be scam now. Will be initiating a chargeback and/or legal action if the order (EB52533) is not shipped soon. ************************************************ Update: Bizarre that they respond here but nowhere else. There's nothing wrong with my primary address although I emailed from a different address and predictably got no response. Initiated a chargeback. Worst company I have ever dealt with and it looks like they are doing this to a lot of people.

Ordered a tub. It’s been 17 weeks now and was told delivery in 10-12 weeks. Contacted CS team several times for a simple update and they no longer respond. Awful customer experience, I don’t so much mind it’s late just tell us the updated delivery timeline so we can finish our remodel schedule. Wouldn’t bother ordering from this company, they’ve lost sight of how to run a company. Order EB52229.

Terrible company. I really think they scam people. After 3 months, they never sent my order. I finally had to request a chargeback with my credit card company.

We placed an order in December 2025 with a promised delivery timeframe of three months. It has now been over five months, and we still have not received the product. Communication has been extremely poor. We’ve made multiple attempts to reach out via email and phone over the past several months, and have received little to no response. The few updates we have received have not provided any real or useful information. Two weeks ago, we were notified that our order was being shipped, but the status has remained “shipment pending” ever since, with no further progress or explanation. This entire experience has been unprofessional, and unacceptable. We hope Elemento Bath will take full responsibility and resolve this problem.

We took a leap of faith on Elemento. We live in California and had never seen their products live before. When I reached out to them, I was connected to a dedicated concierge team who has been with me throughout our entire master bathroom remodel. We purchased a custom vanity, a tub, and several pieces of hardware. Safe to say, we entrusted Elemento with the most significant showpieces in our bathroom. To say they delivered would be an understatement. Everyone involved with the project and everyone who has seen the bathroom since its completion has been blown away by the pieces we bought from Elemento. The vanity is nothing short of stunning. The tub is similarly gorgeous. And through it all, Andreina at Elemento has been responsive, incredibly helpful, and genuinely enthusiastic about our project. Remodels are stressful. Reading the other reviews here, I suspect the negativity is the byproduct of that stress. But I can report that even when there were delays or changes, the team at Elemento was supportive, responsive, and transparent. And what's most important is that now, we have an incredible new bathroom that is, in all seriousness, a sanctuary beyond our wildest hopes. Elemento was a central part of the transformation of our master bathroom from a space we tolerated to one we cherish. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
