Awesome awesome awesomeness. I am so happy that Christian took the time to show me things about my benefits with IdentityIQ. I have never dealt with anyone who has patience, professionalism and great knowledge in resolving my issues in such a timely manner. I definitely will be referring my family and friends to this company. They are not about selling a product and leaving you blind. They are all about making sure you are very familiar with what you purchased and walks you through it.

When Lisa Garcia answered the phone, she gave me a warm welcomed. She took her time to understand my problems and took the time to help me unlock my account than to help me make a payment. She knows what she was doing. I was making mistakes but she was there to help me throughout the hole time.
