I hate that i hit purchase and sent and the second after i purchased i realized it wasnt then phone i wanted and could bit cancel the purchase. I.have had to receive the phone and return and still waiting See if tal y'all are going to credit my acct back. You should allow a person time to cancel before shipping it.

IN SHORT, MY PHONE DIDN'T COME IN 2 DAYS! I WAS OFFERED $20 REFUND TO CHANGE MY 1 STAR RATING TO A 5 STAR, AND THEY PUT REQUIRE SIGNATURE, SO I STILL DON'T HAVE PHONE. DON'T HAVE TIME TO GO INDETAIL NOW, ABOUT HOW BAD IT WAS DEALING WITH AUTOBOTS THAT GIVE GENERIC MESSAGES, ABOUT THEIR HOURS, YET IT WAS DURING THE TIME THEY WERE OPEN! PERIOD! DO NOT LET THE SALE PRICES ON ITEMS FOOL YOU, INTO DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! UPDATE!!!! PHONE WAS DELIVERED TODAY, (WITH OUT A SIGNATURE!!!!!!!) BUT I THOUGHT THAT'S WHY, IT WASN'T LEFT YESTERDAY!
