PowerBlock, Inc. was founded in 1991 by specialty fitness equipment designers who became friends while designing equipment for several companies including Parabody and Cybex. While searching for specific needs in the fitness industry, they were drawn to the large amounts of dumbbells they would encounter in the specialty fitness stores they visited. There had to be a better way of providing fitness enthusiasts with the performance advantage of hand weights without the space and restrictions of old fashioned racks and dumbbells. It was here the idea for PowerBlock was born. After two years of extensive testing, PowerBlock began sales of the newly coined "selectorized dumbbell". Since then, PowerBlock has continued to be the leader in the fitness industry as we constantly strive to out do ourselves in the pursuit of excellence.

Assembly was very easy. So far I've used the product twice and they feel comfortable in your hands and easy to get use to. Originally I thought they would feel awkward cause they are not like other dumbbells but that is definitely not the case. The sport bench was easy to assemble as well and very comfortable as well. Can't wait to use it more and see the great results!

I ordered the U90 Powerblocks and later seen the extra accessories that were availible which make the money you spend go further. The curl bar is what I expected in quality.

Thank you for the awesome equipment. Stable, durable and compact. I now have much more equipment, and use about 1/4 of the space. I should have purchased Power Block equipment long ago. I would highly recommend Power Block to anyone, of any level of fitness.

I love the idea of powerblock. I'm satisfied with all of the equipment that I purchased over the past 2 years. I have two powerblock sport benches and the complete u90 and u70 set. I'm strongly disappointed in the made in China sticker on the sport bench I just bought. I would rather pay the extra money for someone in our own country to make this. There is nothing you can do to convince me that your product should be made in China as I am one smart individual ;)

I waited for a month before writing so the newness wore off. I saved up for awhile, and very glad I bought these. Sport 50, and large column stand. Use every other day, I can do more exercise in the same amount of time. Every exercise I do, the blocks fit and do not interfere. Easy to change weight, the stand makes it easier to lift up and proceed. This exactly what I was looking for. Yes, I would buy again, and recommend highly.
