CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PHENOMENAL! The customer service experience received by the team at Q Source was phenomenal!! I placed an order for a non-stocking item that we needed pretty quickly. After I placed my order, I phoned and spoke with a very helpful gentleman who advised that I should have the item in hand within 3 business days. Two days later, I received an email from another Q Source team member who provided tracking and an ETA. I work in customer service as well, so this was quite refreshing to experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
