I've been waiting 12 days for my Covid results. My 14 day quarantine will be over before I get my results. I've tried to call, email and live chat and still cant get results.

Their technicians can be rough and rude sometimes, blood drawn skills are uneven, sometimes not too much pain, sometimes very very painful and bloody. I have regular blood drawn for more than 40 years, this lab has the most frequent painful experiences. I called the customer service today, was on hold for one hour and six minutes, the representative refused to get a supervisor for me when she was unable to answer my question and then hung up on me two minutes into the inquiry. She was arrogant and plain rude. Hanging up on a customer is the last thing a customer service rep should do especially when the customer was not yelling nor cursing. This is a company that care very little about customer service and blood drawn skills are very very uneven.

I got a call from Credit Collection Services initially, saying my bill was overdue. The reason? Quest got my address wrong. I wanted to confirm that this was a real bill for a valid service because I had never received an invoice, so I set out to get an itemized invoice. When I first called, they asked for my invoice number in order to answer my questions about my bill. However, because I had never received my invoice, I did not have my invoice number. I asked them to send me my invoice, and corrected my address. I did not receive my invoice within the 2-3 weeks they claimed it would arrive by. So I called again. This cycle continued for 3 months. Quest got my address wrong 3 times and my email wrong twice. It took 9 phone calls each with a hold of 1 to 3 hours over the course of 3 months to receive my invoice, without which I couldn't pay my overdue bill. The only reason I received an itemized invoice was because I had a customer service representative from my insurance provider sit on hold with me for 2 and a half hours and request it from the representative. When I finally did receive my itemized invoice, it was so confusing I really didn't understand what I was being charged for. There were 2 $103 charges for "laboratory testing". I had to pay the nearly $300 out of pocket still not really knowing why I was billed. The phone menus are endlessly confusing. Part of the reason my address was so difficult to convey was that the phone lines to Quest customer service are very quiet. Neither I nor the insurance representative who helped me with this issue could properly hear the Quest service agent. It is ridiculously unprofessional of Quest to not provide their customer service agents with properly working equipment. It is also unprofessional for Quest to not provide an invoice number to customers who are contacted by Credit Collection Services, and it results in it being very difficult for customers to contact Quest with any questions about their bill or review their bill online in any way. Quest needs to change their customer service policies. They need to hire more representatives, give them better equipment, and probably pay them more. The system takes advantage of errors to make customers pressured to pay without reviewing their bill.

Are you kidding me I had a prescription for important blood work to do today to determine why my thighs were not working and my blood levels were all over the place I showed up to one Quest Diagnostic Center and they abruptly said we do not take walk-ins thankfully my wife got on a website for them made an appointment 30 miles away from where I was at when I got there there was nobody in the waiting room and the lady in charge was on the cell phone talking about some company business my wait time was supposed to be two minutes I sat there for 25 minutes an elderly couple came in who had been there before several times I assume he tried checking his wife in the girl desk said do you have an appointment and he said no she said well we cannot take you today he informs her her wife was on dialysis and needed immediate help still turned away my way time was supposed to be two minutes turned out to be 26 minutes not very happy
Concerned
I wish I could give this organization a negative star 100. This was the worst experience I have ever had arrived to my appointment at 2035 Ralph Ave in Brooklyn NY. I arrive and there are over ten patience waiting in the lobby no social distancing at all an angry man standing in the door way stopping people from coming in or checking in. He grunts there are too many people inside and that I won’t be able to check in and will have to wait for everyone ahead of me to go. Why make an appointment why ask us to social distance or create an environment we’re we are all on top of each other putting our health at risk to have our blood drawn. This location should be closed staff are rude and have no organizational skills at all. If you go here you will be going to get exposed to getting sick!!! Oh let’s not forget I was never seen after an hour wait and my children waiting for me I had to leave. The man never let me check in!!
