Never Again
Visited a LabCorp location 428 del Prado north cape Coral Florida...OMG I felt like I was at the free clinic. The staff was not helpful...I had to help a lady check in via the Kiosk since the staff just pointed at it offered no assistance...I walked in. The website says they open at 9:30. I get there at 9:30 and they are packed. I checked in at Kiosk sat there for a half an hour before I realized ."You have to sign in the front desk"...after going up front several times no one said a word. My name was called then I was herded , Like cattle to yet another room that was also packed. Total I was there for and hour and a half....The facility was dirty, staff were unprofessional. It's a shame that quest and LabCorp now have a monopoly and service is not a concern.
