Quest Diagnostics has constantly over the past years overcharged me told me that they didn't receive my payment when I made the payment then I go in have the same thing issue again I made the payment when they told me that they didn't receive the last one I made it again even though I told him I already paid it then this time when I make the payment I asked them to send me a confirmation email just stating that they received my payment when they know they did but they won't send me a confirmation email stating that I made my payment I. I spoke to a manager who would not send me an email stating that they received it either all she said is I can give you a confirmation number sir an extremely rude about it I said I would like to speak to a higher up manager and she said sorry and I made the payment for the second time not happy at all talk about ripping people off that's what you're doing

I have a great experience when I go to Quest at 18600 N.W. 87th Ave. Miami, Fl 33015-3517 They are very professional and the place is very clean. I have to give a 100% to Rita she is absolutely excellent.

Used there online process when I arrived I got a text and said click this link to let them know you have arrived . So I did came 10 minutes early sat and waited my appointment was at 7:20 am people come and went your employees came out called the next person that just walked in. It is now 7:35 and I finally spoke up when your employee came out again to call someone else that just walked in. Not one time did any of your employees acknowlegde me sitting there. Its now 7:40 so I asked I had an app. at 7:20 she said did you check in. Yes on the tex I was sent. she said some times for whatever reason it dosen't allways work.sign in up here.That stupid thing wouldn't work.so I just said piss on this am going to a lab that Values and repects there customers. I totally felt like I was a bother. won't be back.and I will let everyone that I now how you treat your coustomers. This was in Chambersburg Norland ave.

Shantara (I think was m her name),who drew my blood on tuesday june 16 is the best!! So personable a d friendly. I never even feel the pinch. It is pain free. She is marvelous!!!!

We wanted to write a review about our service at the Quest location in Liberty/Kansas City Mo. The lady that drew our blood was the best ever. Her name is KAYLA. Everything she did was upbeat, happy and no pain at all. She did a wonderful job, Please let her know that her efforts are appreciated in this day and age.

Today, I was at the quest with my mom here in Naples, Florida at health health Parkway, location, I was very happy. They take care very well, my mom on a blood test. The girl who take the blood was a beautiful lady.Her name is Rachel, take your Rachel.Your hand is so soft and easy for the older people with those fragile vein.Thanks again five stars

Terrible!! Did not comply the appointment time, overcrowded waiting room, no staff to respond to patients sitting outside. Horrible experience
