The waiting time for test results is unacceptable

I love Quest Labs service. I always make an appointment and get right in. The check-in link that is texted to me (prior to the appointment) makes it even more convenient. Most importantly, the staff is very good at drawing blood. Vanessa is amazing at finding the right vein to go after. I highly recommend Quest Labs!

I had an acount with them for over 10 years. Always had issues with the site and cant see results. I spend always so much time on support is crazy. The most recent issue is that now after 10 years of results. My count has nothing. is like they deleted any history of me ever using them, You have to contact support AGAIN. and then they just send this AI response asking you to do more work. I would not recoment using this site at all if you can for blood tests.

FYI, LabCorp will take Quest Diagnostics blood draw orders and they will answer their phone with a person to speak to (not AI). Press the option for customer service center. This is a review for the new Beeville Quest Diagnostics location at 200 West FM 351, on 6/26/2026: The woman employee demanded I give her a credit card number before drawing my blood, even though I have insurance and I have had many blood draws at this location and never had to provide a credit card in the past. She was very rude. I explained that I was never advised on their online website when I booked the appointment time, that I needed to bring a credit card with me. Also, upon arriving, there was no information regarding the requirement of a credit card in the waiting room and their TV was off. This woman had no people skills, accused me of calling her a liar which I never did and never used that word in regards to her. From the very beginning she was demanding, rude, and was not able to even advise or explain this policy of a credit card requirement. She just kept saying for today, I can't/won't draw your blood without a credit card.

If you are planning to visit quest I highly recommend you exaust every other option available. It will require you to make an appointment which will take more time than the procedure will ever take. You will still have to provide photo identification and insurance card. All this is required just so they can cut one job. A receptionist. Good luck, you're going to need it!

I always have an appointment. The wait time is good. The person checking and doing the bloodwork is good. The issue is shouldn’t take 3 days get basic labwork results back. I went on June 23 and still no results back.

I recently had a dexamethasone suppression test, which required very precise timing. Alejandro called me ahead of my appointment to make sure I arrived exactly on time for my 9:00 AM blood draw. His attention to detail and excellent communication gave me confidence that the test would be performed correctly. He is always courteous, gentle, and respectful, making every visit a positive experience. Patients are fortunate to have someone who truly cares about providing excellent care. I am trying to drop off a specimen.They asked me to check in and wait in line for a long time.All it takes is to take the specimen not even 2 seconds.Unacceptable.Horrible policy.Very dissatisfied.
