I would leave 0 stars if i could but that isn't an option. I have have gone on walk in status, waited an hour and then told at closing they are not seeing any more patients. Then schedule the next day, show up with no record of my appointment so i left having to go back to work. I scheduled the third day waited for an hour then told they are closing. I have fasted for 3 days now and am potassium deficient to start off and i swear if i have another heart attack scare due to them not seeing me again i will sue the $#!+ out of them. They have no problem contacting me for my bill but offer no solution to the scheduling.

Nada was really kind and made it an easy experience. Compared to the other times where it was painful with other people and they couldn’t find my vein and had to repoke 3 times and drew some of my blood on the floor instead! She deserves recognition and a raise! If only I had this kind of experience everytime.

Joesph Francis at the Dr. Robert Dewitt office/clinic in Alvin, Tx is beyond wonderful. He is friendly, professional and excellent at taking bloodwork and all other lab needs.

I visited the quest on Park Meadows Drive in Lone Tree, Colorado on Wednesday Oct 7th at 7:30am. I had Sofian as my technician, he was amazing, very friendly and did an amazing job with my lab draw, no bruising or bleeding. Will definitely go back to him for any other lab draws.

Donica at 17520 W. Grandparkway, was phenomenal. She was very pleasant and accommodating. I was truly impressed with the level of service received from her. I have had some bad experiences before at another location which resulted in me finding another location which is much further and inconvenient, just to receive quality service. Kudos to Donica for providing great customer service.

1 Star is exceedingly generous. They legitimately have the worst business of all time. They conduct a service that is designed to be impossible to pay for so they can compound it. You call? Your information is "incorrect" or "out of date", You try to create an account? You copy and paste the verification code? It is "Incorrect" or "Expired". Incredibly pathetic. I genuinely think there are no real humans a part of the company and that is why it is such a horrific user experience. 100% AI generation and automation.

Horrible company! Doctor entered incorrect code. I am sweating after spending over an hour trying to reach a LIVE AGENT because Quest does not put the ordering doctor’s name on relevant bills. Crazy! I will not do future business with companies who use automated recordings instead of live people. STOP REPLACING PEOPLE WITH MACHINES! You lose money!! Go anywhere else, but not Quest.
