I didn’t even want to leave one star, Quest certainly doesn’t deserve it. Several hours long wait period, it is pathetic. Also, I’ve received many bills from them that were fully covered by my insurance but apparently they don’t understand billing as much as they don’t understand managing patients and walk ins, they are even incompetent with scheduled appointments. Expect an hour plus wait after the time scheduled for your appointment. Expect several hours if you’re a walk in. Quest fails in all aspects. Wish I could rate them -5.

Phlebotomist at Iredell family care center of Troutman was amazing…

Horrific experience. I came as a walk in at 7:30am and the check in staff said it wouldn’t be a problem for me to be seen before 9am. At 8am, they changed their mind and said it wouldn’t be possible. So I made an appointment for the next day at 7am. When I was in, they refused to take my electronic order. They required it to be emailed to a specific email address and said it takes a while for them to receive it, and if it took longer than 10 minutes they would need to cancel my appointment. It did indeed take longer than 10 minutes and my appointment was cancelled. I will NOT be going back to Qwest. Horrific service and a complete waste of time. WHO DOESN'T TAKE ELECTRONIC ORDERS THESE DAYS?!!!

I was able to get in and out quickly. Nurse Teresa Fisher in Twinsburg was very pleasent and shortened her break time just to make that happen for me. 5star person.

I was at Dr.Atique's office today and my blood work was drawn by Christopher. What a relief! Butterfly needle,one stick, friendly, and efficient!

I had routine bloodwork done yesterday at a Quest center partnered with my dr's office. The woman was scrolling on her fone when I walked in. She did not wash her hands. She came and put the tourniquet on my arm.. palpated for a vein and found one, then used an alcohol prep on the site. She then walked over and put 1 glove on.. came back and palpated the area again with her ungloved and unwashed hand.. then stuck the needle in with her gloved hand. I called Quest and they said they could not confirm that she worked for them and told me to call my dr office. So I called the office manager and she confirmed that the woman did in fact, work for quest. I think I will get my blood draws done at the hospital from now on.

I wish I could give zero stars. Quest is a nightmare. From making and rescheduling an appointment to updating my insurance, nothing has gone smoothly and required multiple attempts to address. I’m still waiting for my insurance to update so my bill can be paid. This is NOT a Veteran friendly company. They do not have the option to distinguish the different insurances a service member or Retiree might have. Every attempt to contact is met with an automated system and customer service inquiry. I wish I knew of a way to elevate my concern so the company can be held accountable.

I went to the military trail office in Boynton beach where Ali took care of me it said I did not make an appointment which I did it was for 11 am when I got there I made another appointment and I was there for 2 minutes in and out it was great see Ali she’s a professional
