Excellent transaction.

Very good customer service

(Revised) Even though a bat I ordered was delivered late and though I received no confirmation email with my purchase, the company was good about trying to make things right (once they received my complaint). They gave me a gift card to make up for the late delivery.

I have been a customer of the Scheel's in Overland Park, KS since they opened. During that time, I have spent over $15,000 in the store. Until today, my experiences have been good and I enjoyed doing business with them. Today, however, wipes up all of the good experiences. I was in the gun department, and the employee that decided to "Help” me was rude and condescending. I was embarrassed the way he was talking to me, and other customers, just stood there shaking their heads. I decided the best thing was to leave the store. I have enjoyed working with them in the past, but this was over the top. Update - I was contacted by customer service and they handled the situation appropriately. Professional and understanding.

Good experience and faster than I expected. Prices are normal

I have ordered items from Sheels.com about half a dozen times over the past couple years, and have always had an excellent experience. However, my last order was split between several deliveries because the items were coming from 3 different locations. The first two came through without issue, but the third got lost in the FedEx system, much to my surprise. After being in transit for 11 days, FedEx conceded that they had obviously lost the package and suggested I contact Sheels for another delivery or refund. Sheels customer service handled the situation with utmost professionalism and they quickly issued me a refund. Sheels stands for superior quality, reasonable prices, and excellent customer follow through. I would happily recommend them to anyone.
