I bought hockey sticks on line thru Scheels. I asked there “customer service dept” if they could give me help in returning the item for credit. They said they don’t accept returns and pushed me off to the manufacturer. WOULD AMAZON DO THAT? AVOID THIS STORE !

Wife and I moving into a senior living facility and could not keep the treadmill.. Scheels were kind enough to accept return of the treadmill and give us a credit on it's value.

I ordered an item to be delivered to my house and instead of being put in a box or a bag, the item was left out in the open on our porch with the order receipt with ALL of my contact information on display. Thankfully my neighborhood is pretty quiet and the item was still on the porch when I got home a few hours after it was delivered and not stolen, but still I thought it was an odd way to handle a delivery order.
