My order was ready for pick up super fast. Customer service was also super fast. I haven't been in Scheels in probably 5 years-I am a senior & there wasn't a lot of stuff that I needed then. That has changed. I got snow boots (order), new mittens & a Carhart stocking hat. I will definitely look at Scheels first from now on. The plague caused many things I use or need to disappear. I am not a patient shopper-now I don't have to be- I will look at your website first. Also your people were very helpful giving me directions for the mittens-the store is vast for a senior.

Anna in the shoe department is very knowledgeable and took her time and explained thee we difference between two different shoes etc.

The store smells like a dog park. Disgusting! I saw a dog urinating on some items, and no one did anything about it. A store is no place for pets. If we are allowed to bring pets, then I should bring a pet horse, alligator, or snake inside the store. What a terrible place to shop.

I needed to make a correction to an order I had placed online and the representative I spoke to about this was warm, pleasant and professional. I was very pleased with how I was treated. The product arrived in a timely fashion.

Was so happy I could get free shipping the day I ordered !!!!! I placed my order around 6:30 on Monday morning on the 28th and it was delivered by 10:00 the next day......super great service. The cast iron skillet I purchased with "Dutton Ranch" on it is amazing. My daughter and son-in-law are going to love it !!!!!! I may order the smaller one for myself !!!
