The customer service was exceptional and the actual material that the products were printed on was much higher quality than I expected. I did have some trouble navigating the site to select exactly what I needed, but I'm very happy with what I received.

From beginning to end, Smartpress made ordering my holiday cards a breeze. It was my first time using them and help was immediately available. The final product arrived on time and looks amazing! There is a photograph on the front of the card and the quality is terrific. I'll definitely use Smartpress again!

What a great experience! This was my first time ordering items for my business & I’ll keep ordering from them moving forward. The assistance is great, quick & informative, when help was needed. Pickup process was smooth and my order turned out great! Only thing id change is a info area about thickness of cards in layman’s when ordering but with how efficient their chat assistance is I should’ve just asked.

Orders are all done fast! Sometimes my art is a little off center but it's not a problem worth going down a whole star. They're the only supplier to do playing cards at a small and sustainable scale that I need it at. I always wait to the last minute to get things printed because I can always count on Smartpress to send it out quick. I was however, informed that Pamela the copywriter might do a cartwheel for my review, so I might be a little bias lol...
