We are a delivery company and deliver furniture and appliances. Unfortunately during a washer/dryer combo that was being taken upstairs, one of the guys lost their holding and the unit came back on the other guys. He was pushed into the customer's stair railing; which resulted in some of the balusters being damaged and/or broken. Balusters are NOT easy to find!! Our original order was entered incorrectly, and so we had to reorder. Thank you for your help so we can get this customer's damages taken care of!!

Problem was the second delivery. Materials on a pallet so long the shipper couldn’t deal with it. Quality was good but pulling an 8ft pallet off a liftgate is bullshit.

Hey James, We always double-pack our products and use extended pallets for longer handrails to ensure everything arrives damage-free. Our customers consistently appreciate the extra care we take with shipping. Thanks again for your business, and please feel free to call me anytime. ~ Shawn 832-797-8219
