Awesome customer service and a great product

Works as advertised. Easy to change weight amounts. Compact. Easy to store. Comfortable to use, easy grip.

I've used the U33 Stage 1 kit for several years and have no complaints. I finally decided to upgrade with the U33 Stage 2 expansion kit. They arrived promptly and in perfect condition. They fit my original stage 1 kit perfectly and are a welcome addition.

Their customer service is world class. I was looking at a competitor for my DB purchase, but after using my gf's PB and dealing with their customer service first hand with an issue, they definitely made me put them #1 for my future DB purchase.

It took me a minute to figure out how to navigate their site to find the add on I wanted. Once I located it everything was super easy, shipped quickly and exactly as described.

I contacted PowerBlock with a question and the representatives I spoke with were very helpful. Also after placing my order, it was shipped and arrived in a very timely matter. Many thanks!

I have been an avid weight lifter for thirty plus years. I originally purchased the classic fifty set for my young son who wanted to start weight lifting. I was so impressed by the quality and convenience that I purchased the U90 five to ninety pound set for myself. These really do live up to the claim that they're the "World's Best Dumbbells".

I ordered the U-33s on Nov. 16. Everything is automated so the withdrawal from your account is automated and so is the order acceptance email. Even this review is requested by automation. What is not automated is actual delivery. They took money from my account on Nov. 16 but somewhere from the ordering process and the actual packaging for delivery process, my order got lost. I finally called them today before writing this review and after confirming what date money was withdrawn from my account. I figured there would've been some delay with the Thanksgiving holiday since it's been more than 10 days since I ordered the product, but nope, based on what the customer service rep said, they just forgot about it. The order got lost. So, they said they would "expedite" the process, meaning they would hand-deliver the order from purchasing straight to the shipping department but I'm still waiting for the delivery notice. It might be 10 more days before they finally deliver my weights. So, this has not been the greatest experience. It might be better just to buy weights in the store. The online purchase and the customer service left a lot of doubt in my mind whether this was a good purchase. If you order online, call immediately to confirm they received the order or just go to the store to buy it. Better yet, buy some other product. I may request a refund, depending on how the rest of my experience goes. I'm hoping to get the U-33s before Christmas at this rate. I'll update this review once I receive them.
