This is the worst company I’ve ever had to come across. DO NOT USE.

The Billing practice at Quest is board line criminal. Never pay the first request I'm sure it's a scam triple check you insurance and coding. They try hardest to ignore resubmitted billing while testing your patience. Happened 3 times in 10 years of simple annual blood work.

Impossible to contact a real person for any reason whatsoever. Website contact & service 'options' are a loop that goes nowhere. AI is ridiculous. AI is useless. There is a telephone number deeply buried, but it is 'not in service at this time.' DYI website booking is tedious - ridiculous. Imposdible to get help. HIRE A PERSON. Furthermore, they REQUIRE personal information they do not need - a hacker's opportunity. And you cannot change the information BECAUSE YOU CANNOT CONTACT ANYONE. Once you have an appointment, the staff (evidently a staff of one) refuses to change/update information (such as email address) and lies about being able to contact via telephone. Attitudes get nasty quickly - they likely hear a lot of complaints...

5-Star Review for Van My name is Christine Su, and I recently visited the Quest Lab at 230 S Main St, Suite 220, Orange, CA 92868. Van was the technician who helped me with my blood draw, and I was very impressed with his skill and professionalism. He found my vein quickly and drew my blood so smoothly that I barely felt anything. I was also surprised that there was no bruising afterward! Thank you, Van, for making what can sometimes be an uncomfortable experience so easy and painless. I truly appreciate your excellent work and would definitely give you a 5-star review!

My test results were compromised because blood was left too long before centrifugation. I called customer service for a replacement test. After more than 30 minute wait time, a rep said a link for a free replacement test would be emailed to me. I never received it. I'm now 10 minutes into a 40 minute wait. The menu to get to a rep is the usual AI forced choice nightmare without a clear choice to talk to a rep. If I had an easy question, I wouldn't be asking for a rep. Do better.

Slow customer service. Had to wait 30 minutes. They often send my doctor's lab test orders to someone else. My doctor sent Quest test for my cancer and Quest put them on someone else's account. Took a long time to speak to someone.

I was serviced by Kristal and she was great. I was at the office to get my blood drawn. She did it like an expert ( no pain at all ) I had filled my information online. For me it was in and out. Practically no wait time. I would recommend this branch of Quest Diagnostics

It's always easy to make an appointment online. I made mine for the Bedford Lab on So. River Rd. I was early so I had to wait a few minutes before I could check-in. It was quick and easy if you do it on your cell. My technician was great. The order for my lab work hadn't been sent over. I thought I'd have to reschedule but, the young man said he'd wait while I got it. (Same building, same floor) I couldn't thank him enough, he really made my day. Getting to the heart of the matter, I've been stuck enough times and I can say this young man was amazing. I was very impressed, I honestly didn't feel a thing. My one regret is I didn't catch his name, When I got home I told my husband about him. He's not a fan of needles and he would certainly appreciate this young mans skill. I just wish I could call him out by name and for that I'm sorry because he deserves high praises.
