my date of service 7/28/2026 , two weeks still have not received 3 lab values. 2 of those are basic zinc, and copper should never take two weeks. I paid $1200.00 direct on my consumer portal for many tests, which have returned. For days, I've emailed, tried chatting with a dumb bot, with prepopluated questions that don't fit not having received tests, two weeks there is a serious problem... No human person, or even a chat agent, thats a person can be reached. the phone numbers don't seem to work... I'm very angry having my PAID test not have been performed or lost specimen... The stupid bots, continue to email when I send a report about not receiving completed lab order its 2 weeks. the repeated useless emails continue to state my labs are now ready. The 3 missing (pending) values still show as PENDING, FOR TWO WEEKS!!!! Quest Diagnostics get a F- for failure to return a routine lab now over two weeks

Beware! So I had a scheduled appointment only to turn up and find that the office was closed, apparently due to a/c failure earlier in the week. I received absolutely no update that they would not be able to provide service and now it is impossible for me to get my blood work done in time for my doctors appointment. To add insult to injury they even sent me a reminder of my appointment an hour prior. Jokers!! Look elsewhere if you can.

Waited an hour on hold, got connected and the lady couldn’t hear me so she said “wait let me connect you to someone better” and she connected me to the select who you’d like to be connected and reset my place in line to the last

Had a 7:00 appointment, registered, was the first patient called, went right in with my technician Rachel who did a wonderful job, competent, fast & friendly!

The location on 1700 Waterman San Bernardino, really, really, SUCK, SUCK, SUCK.... I was late onmy appointment, they did not take me. So I still waited, and lasted for 3 hours. The way they do it is just calling all those that have an appointment. They don't call INTERVAL. My case I had fasted since 8 pm the night before my scheduled blood work. But they never took me until 4 pm the day I listed myself in the waiting list. You have to STARVE FIRST before they really take you in. I have spoken to 2 people if they can squeeze me in, since I already FASTED FOR 14 HOURS. THEY KUST TOLD ME TO RE SCHEDULE. BY ALREADY WAITED FOR SO MANY HOURS... UNBELIEVABLE EMPLOYEES, NO VOMPASSION AT ALL. YET I observed them calling every 15 to 20 minutes. I BELIEVE THEY ARE SLACKING, BECAUSE IT DOESN'T TAKE THAT LONG TO DRAW A BLOOD. MANAGEMENT CALLING FOR YOUR ATTENTION. MANAGEMENT CALLING FOR YOUR ATTENTION...... PLEASE YOU NEED TO TALK TO THESE PEOPLE OR FIRE THEM. GET EMPLOYEES THAT ARE RELIABLE... AND NICE TO PATIENTS....

Sat in there for an hour and a half to drop off a urine sample for my grandmother that took an hour and a half to get called in and it took 25 seconds to give them the damn sample, insufferable, find a better place, they need to either rework their whole system or fire the whole damn staff, don’t go.

This place is the worst ever. I brought in items to be tested that were supposed to take 2-4 days and it’s a week and 1/2 later and I’m still waiting with no end in sight. I’ve been very sick and lost 18 lbs in a month. I need answers and this delay is absolutely unconscionable!!! I WILL NEVER USE QUEST AGAIN EVER!!!
