This place is absolute garbage. I went for bloodwork just about 6 weeks ago, and have yet to get my results. I wish I can say this is the first time this has happened, but that’s not the case. Every time I go in there I’m convinced I am going to catch something. Every location is the same- disgusting. Why any company would choose to use quest over labcorp is beyond me

This lab does not leave a reasonable number of spots open for walk-in patients. People often need to get lab work done on their days off, especially on weekends, and cannot always plan around a booked appointment. I ended up waiting for over 2 hours just to get basic blood work done. Forcing patients to sit for hours because the lab refuses to balance their schedule properly is completely unacceptable. They need to reallocate their daily slots to accommodate walk-ins within a realistic timeframe.

I had made an appointment via the web pages. There are two Quest locations in our town (Cape Coral). I had been using the Milton Street location for years, ever since it opened. When I went in and scanned in the printed code it failed and said my appointment was at the 2301 Del Prado S location. There isn't anyone to talk to at Milton Street. Just the tablet. So I tried to find the 2301 location. My vehicle GPS took me to a closed up bank branch location. I drove around the area and never found it. Read the "Location Details" on my appointment paper: "Quest Diagnostics - Cape Coral Del Prado 2301 Del Prado Blvd S Cape Coral, FL 3390-4615" "Still can't find it? Carolwood Center There is a Coralwood Mall! At the very back of the mall and across the parking lot (about 1/4 mile from Del Prado S) sits the 2301 Del Prado S Quest. So I drove back to Milton St Quest and waited until the door opened and then asked please help me. I had to sign in like a walk-in. Please hire better software developers and designers that will take the time to check their work. And here is an idea, provide better management and pay all of them to be more professional and build with inspected quality. Also change the design to default to the locations normally used by your customer on your appointment form.

No complaints about the physical Quest staff or experience. But...try to get your results! So many ridiculous hoops to go through to see results. They have my phone number, send a security number to cellphone, but then ask for more I.D. I don't want yet another company to have my photo I.D. in their files! Then you have to put in a support request. I still haven't gotten a response via email. The only other option is to physically go back to the local Quest center to give them your photo I.D. The online experience is horrible, from purchasing your test to getting back to the right account to select a date. And don't bother with Quest Assistant...useless. Have been waiting over 10 minutes for a human. This isn't the first time, just the first time I've complained. The process is too frustrating to use them again. I don't know what other options there are for monitoring my own lab tests, but I'm certainly going to look for a company that has an easier process. To be fair, I wrote that while still waiting for a human to jump on to Quest Assistant. Once they responded...16 minutes...the live agent Mariah resolved the issue, verified my account WITHOUT having to upload my I.D. Mariah was the only good thing about my online Quest experience.

Trying to create an acct to get the test results has been a nightmare. They're system and support center have been awful

I went to the Quest facility in Warrington PA where I have had wonderful service many times before. My experience today was very different. ~30 minutes after my appointment time, I was called back by a person I had never had before. She was very bitter about her employer and could not wait to let me know about it. She blames Quest for always understaffing, never allowing her a reasonable lunch break and feels their model is "Just about the money". That was for starters. Next, she discovered that the "Diagnostic Code" on my paperwork was incorrect and told me she would call my doctor’s office. After 30 seconds or so she hangs up and says no one there so you will just have to pay for the test. I grabbed my papers and told her I would take care of it somewhere else, with someone else. No blood was drawn. That employee, whose name I did not catch, has an anger in her heart for Quest and her need to bring customers into her problems is unprofessional and inspires no confidence in your company or your processes. Perhaps someone in your leadership will want to talk to her. Today might be the right time to do that. In any case, I will take my business elsewhere to ensure I don't have to encounter her again.

Submitted samples 8 days ago for tests that should take 2-4 days. Partial results but unable to get rest. Called and was on hold 45 minutes before hanging up. On-line Qurst inquiry does not allow you to submit your request. Just plain AWFUL service…..go elsewhere.
