Everything was exactly as promised. I couldn’t find what I was looking for in store and the associate helped me order what I wanted online.

Well for one thing your system and communication sucks. I ordered and paid for an item before your store opened for pickup. And 1hour and 20 minutes later I get an email that the item was out of stock. I had already made the trip to the store so I went up to the golf department to see if they had sold the item that your system had told me was saved for me. (I would have been real mad if they had sold it that morning) I thought I might look around and maybe purchase something else I ask them and they found one of the item that they had out of the box. They found all the pieces and gave it to me. They told me to go to customer service which had a big line -day after Christmas. After getting waited on they could not find a simple solution after about another 15 minutes of them talking about it I was able to leave with the item. Then I received emails concerning my order one saying to come pick up my order. Then last one said order had been picked up 8 hours later. Two main complaints customer service should have been able to mark the item as picked up thus no confusing emails and it should have only taken a second to do that. It all should have been handled in the department I picked up the item. Then I would not have had to wait in line the wait while they tried to figure it out wasting my time. And I should have been offered a discount for an open box item also. In other words not happy with my Scheels experience. Took way too much of my day

Amazing customer service from gentleman who brought my items. Delightful over the phone, out in a timely manner, and cheerful attitude at handoff

They had exactly the shoes I needed and promptly brought them out to the pick-up location. That was great service and a fair price.

Package came in earlier than expected.

I ordered a pair of boots online and did not get the correct size initially. I was very happy with Scheels customer service particularly Andrea (?) in her willingness to go the extra mile to get the correct size. I much prefer shopping at Scheels rather than online retailers like Amazon. Keep up the good work.
