upon arrival, i opened the comfirmation email and entered my parking spot, I then received a confirmation email saying order would be out shortly. @35 minutes later, I called asking where my order was when an associate came up to my window with a torn bag, and I was advised my order had been lost, after I had ordered it an hour and a half earlier. at a stop light I decided to open the time of hard cologne that I had ordered. it was not plastic wrapped or sealed in any way. i opened the tin to find smeared finger prints inside the product. no, it was not a good experience at all.
