The coat was ordered and promptly delivered. Love it! My only suggestion would be to use another shipping provider other than USPS. Their handling of packages is horrific. It was stuffed so tightly in our mailbox it was almost impossible to remove carefully enough to not tear the bag.

Scheels was fast, accurate and I had my order in just a few days. There prices were better than my usual go to. Their customer service was fast, efficient and was actually very helpful. I will be using Scheels for every opportunity I have for my sport shooting needs when they arise. Completely happy with the business I did with them!

I ordered a size 13, I received a well traveled box labeled correctly but inside were a pair of size 12 boots that were of no use to me. I then made the 60 mile round trip to the Colony location, stood in line to return the boots, did that and was told that I would not receve a receipt for the return but would get an email notice in the next 24 hours, ( not especially reassuring) and a credit in the next 2-3 days. I then found a pair of boots in the right size and purchased them after receiving help from a Scheels employee. Hopefully the credit does come in as promised and the boots that I did buy, Crispi $500.00, perform as advertised.
