Lego set arrived with box severely damaged and had been opened and taped shut. I promptly returned it to my local Scheels but was unable to get it replaced there. Received refund and then ordered from a different company.

Based on site, I ordered the size I thought best suited me; however, it was too small. Returns were a snap and got my correct size sent out ASAP. I will use Scheels as my go to for many different items! Even without a local store it was an easy transition.

I appreciate the option for curbside pickup, but I checked in on the way, then put what spot I was in with the prompts when I arrived, and they never came out to me. I ended up going inside after 15 min, and they still had to go to the back and get my order. Not sure what the disconnect is, but maybe shouldn’t call it curbside if they don’t actually come out and you have to go inside no matter what.

Easy online purchase and quick in-and-out pickup on my lunch hour. One very happy little granddaughter at her birthday party the next morning!

Went to Rochester, MN. store, looking for a very specific hunting rifle which is very hard to find even during off season. Did not have it in Rochester store. But did find 6 other Sheels stores with the exact rifle I have been searching for (8 Rifles total) as of 3:00 PM today. He wrote down all the phone #s and sku #s told me exactly what I had to do to secure the purchase. 4 out of the 8 rifles were sold just minutes before I purchased mine at the 3rd store I called and it was the display gun because they had just sold the other exact model of the two they had. If not for the excellent service I received at the Rochester store I would most probably be waiting a very long time before getting my gun. Great job guys, thanks...Sorry I did not get the young man's name at Rochester, but I will when we pick up my Rifle.
