I was approved for 6,000 ,for Scheels credit card , i always make my payments on time ,That Stupid FNBO BANK they deal with are bunch lying POS, i made my payment ahead of time by a week ,saying that i missed a month , which i didnt ,I spoke to customer service twice explaining that FNBO had lowered my credit limit to 1300 $ They said there,s nothing they can do ,one suggested i hang on to the card for four months and ask for an increase . I dont think so ! I have other choices .I"ll be canceling ! They have no respect for customers !

Staff brought down an item I wanted to purchase down to customer service so I could stop and pick it up instead of ordering online since it was tax exempt. thanks for going out of your way

Chris Behm, the bike manager at the Colorado Springs location provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Chris was very informative, helpful and understanding. He went above and beyond what he was asked to do to make sure I was happy, that’s rare these days.

I was in Scheels to make $1,000.00 purchase of winter clothes for my nephew's family. The cashier said to apply for a Scheels credit card to get $70.00 off my bill. The automatic application process says they will contact me in 5-7 days, so I don't get the $70.00 off and have to wait and see if they will give me a credit card. My FICO is 760 and my credit history is "good" so I had no problems making the application. I put the purchases on another card, NO PROBLEM, and today I get an email that says they have reached a decision and will send me a letter. They refuse me because " They can't verify my identity" ! ! ! What does that mean, I am a home owner, I have no house payments, I have good credit and THEY CAN'T IDENTIFY ME.?Sheels is using a "Bait and Switch" to get you to buy with possibility of discount that doesn't happen. Scheels ls is false advertising and ripping off the consumer. Don't fall for their false advertising. BUY YOUR THINGS SOME WHERE ELSE.
