Bought my first AR today at Scheels. Jake J. In the Eden Prairie store was awesome. Walked me through the options, helped with my scope and thermal purchased. Rigged it up and gave pointers. Great customer service at Scheels always!!!!

I ordered two items from Scheels this week and they were both shipped out 45 minutes after ordering! Every other thing I’ve ever ordered has also been shipped out the same day. Who does that every time! Terrific service - why use anyone else?

Top notch service. Very helpful with my crossbow purchase. I called a couple hours before I arrived at the store. When I got there they had everything ready.

The store looks great and the people were very nice but Jackson was amazing! He helped use get our two little boys everything they’ll pretty much need for this winter and made the whole experience great. From beanies coats, pants and shoes, Jackson was a great support on what to look for. Thank you!

I applied for a Scheels credit card when I bought my Crossbow there. The credit approval didn't come thru right away in fact it took a week. So I had to call and give my receipt info to Scheels in order to get my $70 promo coupon and get the total refunded back to my other card and the amount transferred to the Scheels card. I was told that I would be getting 2 receipts to show this transaction but only received one. Now I am not sure everything has been handled.
