Patti Hernandez is simply the best travel agent I have ever dealt with. She takes care of any and all requests with lightening speed and really knows her game.

Would never again use SmartCruiser or recommend it to anyone. I was extremely disappointed and shared my concerns with my agent’s supervisor.

Thank you for your feedback. Of course we hate to see anyone disappointed with our services. When Princess cruises has an upgrade, that offer can go out to all of the booked interior cabins. Often there is only a few cabins to grab and are typically gone before the majority of guests even get to respond. Regarding your shore excursion request, again we went to Princess on your behalf and they responded with the onboard credit. While we will do whatever we can to ensure guest satisfaction, on rare occasion someone has a disappointment. We did try to eliminate your concerns. We hope your next cruise vacation is a good process for you. Best Wishes.

The whole experience went fine. The cabin, the price, the air add-ons, the calculation in Canadian dollars, everything went through without a hitch.
