I've used Smartpress many times previously and have had wonderful experiences every time (great quality). Recently, I sent in an order for a client and the production was going to take longer than anticipated. Amanda F. went above and beyond to expedite the order and get it delivered days earlier than it was expected. I am thrilled with Amanda's communication and readiness to help. Her customer service skills are exceptional and I look forward to working with her on future projects.

Smartpress is genuinely a fantastic company to work with! From start to finish, the process was seamless. I was able to upload my artwork, receive a proof, and have my sign printed and shipped within 72 hours. As my sign was larger than standard, the team even reached out to confirm I was comfortable with the additional shipping cost before proceeding, which I really appreciated. They packaged the sign with great care. Unfortunately, it arrived with a slightly bent corner, but their customer service was exceptional. They responded quickly, resolved the issue without hesitation, and made the whole process completely stress-free. I'm already working on another sign and won't hesitate to have Smartpress print it as well. I'm so glad I found them and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality printing backed by outstanding customer service.
