Very disappointing experience with Quest Diagnostics - Londonderry Harrisburg. We had a scheduled appointment, but the assistance was extremely slow and significantly behind schedule. We had to wait an unreasonable amount of time before being assisted—and this has not happened just once or twice. Compared to our previous experiences with the old staff, the service and efficiency have noticeably declined. The previous staff were much faster, more organized, and provided far better assistance. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if patients still have to wait so long? Quest Diagnostics seriously needs to improve its efficiency and patient service. This experience was frustrating and completely unacceptable.

GARBAGE SERVICE! If you have a minor for whom you need to get test results - Good Luck! You create an online account with a dependent - that doesn't work, you call them - that doesn't work, you talk to your referring doctor - that doesn't work. Their ID verification online system - doesn't work. They ask for a 2 year old to verify identity - how ridiculous. Total Sh*t service... Have to spend days navigating their website, doing verifications that don't work, test results not ready on time... a corporate money grab with zero accountability. They bring people in for testing because apparently they want more customers using them, but absolutely no follow up or any kind of info after. Try using their website chat function too - limited options and if you ask for a live agent, it either crashes, tells you no one available or just has a "please wait" message for days... They should be sued.

I went to have labs done as a walkin scheduled appointment for 10:10 am at that time I went back into the building. After 10:20 tech comes out says someone need help signing in. To which I stated I had an appointment for 10:10 she stated we called you twice. Go ahead sign in again I stated it stated I was patient 101 she stated your still not signed in. You need to sign in again so I did the first issue is my appointment was for 10:10 am. They called my name before that time twice per tech to which at 10:10 they should have been out there again calling my name. They didn't I guess cancelled out the appointment for 10:10 am do to them calling my name twice. Simple as it is you'd think they'd use simple common sense. To call my name again at the appointment time 10:10 am nope simple common sense. Seems to elude ppl today the computer also states to be in the building at 10:10 am. So how the tech didn't know to call my name again at the appointment I don't know. Then they cancelled the appointment out I learned when younger. No matter the job you have do it well when management doesn't care. The employees don't care if you call peoples name earlier then their appointment time. Call it again at the time they're scheduled for simple minded people hurt a business. More then it helps it clear example here do better. If you don't like your job that's on you not one patient made you. Go get a job as a lab tech not one.

I go to the Quest Diagnostic on South Maguire. The technicians are exceptional there. I have “ hidden, deep seated” veins in my arms that are hard to find. Their technicians always do fine work in finding the veins with minimal discomfort. Today Alida was no exception. She did a great job of drawing my blood specimen. Thank you, Quest on S. Maguire! The whole process is very poor. Registering is so confusing and convoluted. You have to enter credentials in multiple Quest companies... At the service center, they use a very cheap cup to collect urine, which can be contaminated in the process. Weight scales are very cheap, and I request a second one with a different weight.

Service was quick, the phlebotomist Rekita at Deerfield beach location on Hillsborough, was very attentive to me and others, very professional. I love the center, the place is clean, lots of parking right in front, the service is quick and always professional.

I have had such good experiences in the Ridgewood Quest office. They always call you on time and if you have to wait, it is no longer than 5 minutes. The make and female employees are very friendly, helpful and willing to answer your questions and make corrections when necessary. The office is very clean and neat. I always receive my results in one day and no longer than 2 days. I appreciate the staff there.

Monica M JWM is the best she treats customers with respect and kindness and treats you like family at the 12200 Park Central location on 4th floor she deserves a promotion or raise so sweet
