Made a appointment online and got their didn't take to long I was there for my drug test and it was quick. And the lady named ROSA was really good at her job thank you.

Made an appointment online for my 91 year old mother who is a cancer patient. The appointment was at 11:40 am. We arrived around 20 minutes early and did the check in at the kiosk. At the time, 2 people were before my mother. They took care of those persons and an employee came out and ask if we have an appointment and the time, the information was provided. She said they were short in staff and that soon an employee will take care of us. They call most of people in the waiting room. Another lady, Angie, came out and call another person. I told her that we were waiting and the time of our appointment. She was not happy, she got us in and sent us to room 2. She continued calling other people that their turn were after my mother’s. Once she took care of two more patients then she called us to her cubicle. This is the second time this lady takes care of my mom. On both occasions she has hurt my mother leaving her in pain and with bad bruising. At the end, she said that we will received a survey and to give them a five star. I told her “not today”. She asked what happened , which I explained. We end up waiting more than an hour, for a 91 year old person with a scheduled appointment. Unacceptable. We never received the survey. Will be looking for a new lab and won’t recommend. This was at Exeter Rd in Germantown, TN.

Had the pleasure of being assisted by PSR April at the Dunnellon Fl (XWW) location. She was very pleasant and professional as well as all of the staff. I always make my appointment online because it is always quicker. I love ❤️ that this location is always clean and easily accessible.

The people at the Lab were fine but the online system is the worst I have ever encountered. I cannot access my labs because it keeps asking me to verify my identity. I go throught the process and it says "Success" but when I try to acess my labs, once again it asks me to verify my identity. Caught in a Do-Loop. Abysmal system!!!

I booked my appointment for blood work. I was then called in by the girl and asked my questions. I was pretty confident I'd be getting a print out of what wasn't covered by insurance and get done what was covered. Turns out I couldn't get anything done because CT(willimantic is where the location was) doesn't recognize naturopath Drs so therefore it isn't covered. I understand that but I asked for a print out of what wasn't covered. She wouldn't do that for me. It was a pretty extensive list but I am supposed to be able to get a "good faith estimate" if I ask. She wouldn't. She kept repeating the same lines back to me, that my insurance doesn't cover naturopathic Drs. I get that. All I wanted was an estimate. Then if I couldn't get an estimate how is someone else trying to pay out of pocket going to get their estimate? Pretty sure they'd want to know what it'll cost them. Just like I wanted to know! She just didn't want to do her job. I left extremely disappointed because this blood work would have helped me get down to the bottom of many health issues. I felt discriminated against which is not ok at all. By the way I am disabled as well, not that this matters much but just thought I'd add that in there. She just didn't want to do her job. Don't worry though, I messaged my naturopathic doctor and I am now getting an at home testing kit which cost next to nothing!

Quest is the worst. I inputted my insurance information 3 times in the scheduling/check-in process and then was verified one more time by the nurse who was helping me. They still billed me the whole amount. I had to take time out of my day and navigate the phone lines to finally get it reversed. I still have a co-pay and have tried paying online 3 times, only to get the spinning thinking or just not working. And when I called, the wait time was over 30 min.

This whole company is a joke, I took a test June 29th. Today is July 15th, their website said 4-5 business days, I couldn't find my result after verifying ID and only after calling customer support they finally added my verification but even after that the test results are still not out. Avoid like the plague, I am generally not the kind of person who leaves bad reviews, but these clowns pisses me off beyond the baseline at this rate.

Site is hard to sign in, use, and constantly requires updating. Privacy issues. Put your whole life on line.
